I Fast, You Fast?

Fasting, fasting... one, two, three...

Actually, make that four..

Does anybody want to fast with me???? I want to attempt a four day fast. I think it will be helpful having a fasting-buddy. So, let me know if you are interested. That way we can check in with one another to see if we are staying on track. Applicable for those who want to do just a one day fast or much, much more~!

I am sooo fasting. Libertine is doing an 8 day fast, but to be quite honest I don't know if I can last that long. I've done 4 days before though, so I'll definately go that far with you. Let me know. =)

make sure you drink loads of water. you don't want to get dehydrated...:( not fun.

-MyNameIsMellon: I am so glad that you are fasting too. Your results last time inspired me. This will be a completely new journey for me. The most I've ever fasted for was a day, but I really want to be able to do this. And, strangely, I know I can IF I truly try.

I'll be in for 3 (including today). I'm going for sushi Friday and I just can't turm sushi down!!!
And just for the record - I classify "fasting" as no-cal liquids and keeping solids under 200 cals. Otherwise, I'd faint when I go to the gym. And I usually burn more than 200 cals, anyways.

-Weighting2Escape: That is fine. :-) As mention to one of the other girls, you can definitely modify the fast for yourself when need be. I am glad you are in!! P.s. omigosh, I love sushi too, so I don't blame you, lol.
